Has focused on freight forwarding and logistics for over ten years. He started in Brazil with an education at Universidade do Estado de Minas Gerais in freight forwarding, followed by a long tenure as the head of operations for a logistics company in Miami. Manny then brought his expertise to Los Angeles, where he supervised Latin American operations for a large global logistics organization. He then branched out on his own, starting his own freight forwarding company named after his hometown, Belo Cargo, LLC.
